This optional module allows OCTOPUS to send and receive text messages over the GSM network. There are two key functionalities of this module.
Reporters can use SMS module to reach each other when they are not connected to the system and can't use the OCTOPUS chat. Or it can be used for communication with viewers who can text directly to the OCTOPUS system.
OCTOPUS Newsroom provides an industrial GSM modem. A SIM card needs to be provided by customer.
