OCTOPUS Newsroom offers user and administrator trainings to ensure everyone involved with the system becomes familiar with its functions. The training provides useful information about OCTOPUS Newsroom system, advices on efficient workflow and proposes best practices.

In addition to the training, a user guide containing detailed explanation of all aspects of the system is provided. For more complicated issues, there is always our support team ready to suggest a solution and to assist with configuration remotely or on-site when necessary.

 

When Things Go Wrong


OCTOPUS Newsroom provides its customers with a nonstop support. This includes email support and a 24/7 telephone hot line.

All received emails and calls are tracked in Jira, an industry leading issue tracking software. OCTOPUS6 has inbuilt monitoring and should any potential issues be indicated, an automated email is sent to our support team. All customers remote access details are securely maintained and used for troubleshooting and software upgrades.
