Major part of the job includes providing 24/7 remote technical support to our customers, meaning, you need to take it into your hands and solve advanced technical problems related to the Octopus system. You would also travel to customers' stations and install and train the journalists and IT staff.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems Windows, Mac OS, Windows Server and Linux
Flexibility, stress resistance and independent problem-solving skills
