We proudly announce that Octopus NRCS has integrated with AMPP, Grass Valley’s scalable SaaS platform for agile management tools, cloud-based elastic platform services, and intelligent media technologies.

It allows a seamless workflow between the Octopus rundown and the AMPP workspace to connect video and other media into systems for rundowns, content, shows, live sports, or anything else a newsroom might need. With Octopus integration, media is easily found in the system and connected to the workflow. Thus, the problem of time flow between systems has been eliminated, and there is no transcoding or moving things to check folders, allowing the producer to get right where they need to be.
